Group Chair: Dot Reid

The purpose of the group is to ensure that meaningful indicators are in place to allow authorities to monitor the value of services provided. The indicators also assist authorities to benchmark in various ways for value for money and efficiency.  Benchmarking takes place nationally, and locally, and between similar authorities in family groups.
